As all of our jewelry is handmade and made to order, the time it takes for us to prepare and ship an order can vary based on the product. Typically, it takes between 1 and 3 weeks for us to process and ship your order.

Standard shipping

We offer free standard shipping. The delivery time is 14-30 business days.

Shipping upgrades

Express shipping is available for an additional charge. The delivery time is 3-7 business days.

Eco post shipping to the USA is also available for an additional charge. The delivery time is 7-14 business days.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs, import duties and taxes that may apply. Please be aware that Pavlove Jewelry is not responsible for delays due to customs. The import duties and taxes are calculated and collected are due at the point of, or after delivery. You should note that due to customs policies the cost vary according to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

Conditions of exchanged

Buyers are responsible for exchange shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We use the US ring size scale for our rings. If you're unsure of your finger size, We suggest visiting a local jeweler to get your finger measured.

Please note that our jewelry should not be worn in chlorinated water or exposed to harsh chemicals as it may cause discoloration. To maintain the shine of your silver pieces, use our designated silver polishing cloth. And here's a little tip, to maintain the color of your jewelry, try keeping it on while showering.
