Processing time

Since all of our jewelry is handmade and made to order, the time it takes us to prepare the order for shipping varies by product. It usually takes between 1 and 3 weeks.

Standard shipping

We offer free standard shipping. The delivery time is 20-30 business days.

Shipping upgrades

Express shipping is available for an additional charge. The delivery time is 5-10 business days.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs, import duties and taxes that may apply. Please be aware that Pavlove Jewelry is not responsible for delays due to customs. The import duties and taxes are calculated and collected are due at the point of, or after delivery. You should note that due to customs policies the cost vary according to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
