Processing time
As all of our jewelry is handmade and made to order, the time it takes for us to prepare and ship an order can vary based on the product. Typically, it takes between 1 and 3 weeks for us to process and ship your order.
Standard shipping
We offer free standard shipping. The delivery time is 20-30 business days.
Shipping upgrades
Express shipping is available for an additional charge. The delivery time is 3-7 business days.
Eco post shipping to the USA is also available for an additional charge. The delivery time is 7-14 business days.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs, import duties and taxes that may apply. Please be aware that Pavlove Jewelry is not responsible for delays due to customs. The import duties and taxes are calculated and collected are due at the point of, or after delivery. You should note that due to customs policies the cost vary according to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
Returns & Exchanges

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, We can't accept returns for:

- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for exchange shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
